The Studio is committed to safeguarding the personal information of its clients. All personal data collected during registration and throughout membership will be handled in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other related laws. Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of class scheduling, membership management, and direct communication regarding Studio updates or changes.

By signing the Agreement form, the Client consents to be photographed or recorded for promotional materials and marketing on LAGREE DAVAO’s official social media platforms, provided that explicit consent is requested prior to any specific promotional use.

SAFETY NOTICES

The facility is under 24-hour recorded video surveillance, which may be retained by LAGREE DAVAO for subsequent review, subject to guidelines set forth under the Data Privacy Act.
